Spiritual Questing.
Art had problems with his video,
Nick's video is good, and all the audio and processes are worthwhile.
Energy works, so just imagine that this is happening at this moment in time for you
and it is highly likely that you will actually feel the energy move within you.
Even if you do not, 'it' will work for you - experience shows that this is true.
I have not joined with this webinar before so while the recording is very pure, 
Art's energy comes through and as the first process started my heart and chest felt so hot 
and continues to feel this way.
Possibly because I am trying to heal a couple of nodes in a goitre in my thyroid 
and cheat the surgeons and I feel that the seat of this energy is in my heart area.
Nick's poem is somewhat upsetting, I don't know of this is positive or not, 
so I'll just accept it and let my magnificent self deal with this energy.
This has settled into a burning that had settled into a globe under the fork of my ribs.

Mindfulness in the morning is more than meditation.

   Alarm clock goes off
The alarm goes off in the morning. You may think:
(a) I didn’t get enough sleep last night.
(b) I am super excited to start the day.
Most people, whether they are conscious of it or not, think (a)
“I didn’t get enough sleep last night” as they hit the snooze button for eight more minutes of sleep.
In fact, it’s a thought like this that causes an action of inaction which keeps you staying in bed,
missing your workout, and being late to work.
Further, this thought of “not enough” is the first in a slew of negative, scarcity thoughts
that continue all day long, usually ending with “I haven’t gotten enough done today”
as they hit the pillow to go to sleep at night.

Sound familiar?
Psychologists call it negativity bias, the notion supported by research that we are wired
to focus on potential threats, the “what if something bad will happen next” type of thought
that has an adaptive purpose in the era of survival.
(Think saber tooth tiger potentially around the next corner in the woods.)

But for those of us looking to thrive, we can learn to recondition our often default thinking
onto a more positive path, thereby influencing our energy, immunity, sleep, and even success.
(Think Olympic athlete as she prepares to go for the gold.)

Here’s where mindfulness comes in.
Mindfulness is “A mental state of calm awareness of the present moment, marked by acceptance, openness and curiosity toward your thoughts and feelings, rather than judgments of them,”
according to the consensual definition.

When you recognize scarcity thinking, you may think:
(a) There you go again, you negative Nelly.
(b) Isn’t that fascinating that I am so conditioned. Thankfully, I can rewire.
This awareness of the present moment is what mindfulness is all about.
To that end, mindfulness is a way of being in the world. It’s not yet another way to improve yourself, not another item for your to-do list, and not just meditation.

No one is exempt from doing the work to develop a mindfulness muscle. It takes practice.

Learn to knit
Dr. Ellen Langer, the first woman to be granted tenure in the Harvard Psychology Department,
has been studying mindfulness since the 1970s.
One book called Counterclockwise highlights some of her research that shows
mindfulness can help us increase vitality and even reverse the aging process.
Langer suggests we take up a creative class that can bring out attention to detail as we learn a skill (like painting or knitting) which focuses our attention in a particular way and for a sustained period
of time where we base one step on the previous step, thereby adapting what comes in the present moment to what will happen next.
She says, “When people are mindful, they are open to generating new ways
of looking at the world and are not controlled by routines and habitual ways of observing . . .
the simple process of actively drawing distinctions.”

Building mindfulness
Our lives are written so by routine.
When was the last time you took a new route to work in the morning?
I encourage clients to take mindful walks. The next time you walk to the coffee shop,
put your cellphone away and focus on feeling the full strides of your feet on the ground.
Or, do the dishes mindfully. Instead of thinking about what you “should have done earlier”
or what you “need to do next,” just be with the dish for a minute and feel the full sensations
of warm water suds on your hands. These types of slight shifts in how you normally run on default mode will strengthen your mindfulness muscle.

It’s true – with extensive research to back it up – that meditation is a great practice
to build mindfulness for the same reasons it focuses our attention.
If you think you don’t know how to meditate, you can learn
and if you think you don’t have ten minutes a day to meditate, then you need twenty.
It’s a simple concept: we construct our reality (our experience of the world) in large part
by where we put our limited attention. (How many of you feel a little Attention-Deficit-Disordered (ADD) these days?) More often than we recognize, we can make choices consciously
and intentionally thereby getting more of what we want in life:
more health, more wealth, specifically:
Decreased anxiety and stress
Increased heart-rate variability
Increased immune response
Activated prefrontal cortex, which allows our best, most creative thinking
Or, how about peace? Teacher Thich Nhat Hanh says, “Through mindfulness, we can learn
to live in the present moment instead of in the past and in the future. Dwelling in the present moment is the only way to truly develop peace, both in one’s self and in the world.”
The world needs peace right now. The world needs you to increase your mindfulness.
So, thank you for practicing and building your mindfulness muscle.
(But don’t say “no problem” because that ain’t mindful, according to John Amodeo.)
When the alarm goes off tomorrow morning, take a slow and low cleansing breath
and remember to express gratitude for another day to be alive.

Dalai Lama >Art Giser >M'reen

Chronic Fatigue healed by the Dalai Lama via Art Giser to Myself.

In 2010 I took levels 1 and 2 of Art Gieser’s Energetic- NLP programme held in London;
and since then I’ve tuned into many of his webinars
and my experiences have ranged from nothing perceptible to being really profound.
I must point out that ‘nothing perceptible’ does not mean that ‘nothing’ happened.
When Art is explaining his background he always mentions that he’s had two Empowerments
by the Dalai Lama; the person outside of my  immediate experience that I admire most in the world.
Later in this particular session, unusually, someone asked Art to describe his own development.
Art briefly re-mentioned his Empowerments by the Dalai Lama
and I immediately experienced a strong Line from the Dalai Lama to Art and a slightly lesser line from Art to myself and maybe my after thoughts or ego may have added a fainter line
directly from the Dalai Lama to myself.

Regardless as to what any healing presenter is working with
I always work with relieving the Chronic Fatigue that I’ve struggled with for the last 14-15 years.
I have refused to accept the label of CFS/ME during this time even though the fullness of my life
has been compromised. I have worked extensively with myself and a wide variety of practitioners using different healing modalities.

Curiously some days before Art’s webinar my doctor informed me that people who have CFS/ME
do loose muscle mass and that it becomes increasingly difficult for them to use what muscle
they have and that it takes longer for the body to heal.
This came as a really big shock to me and the implications for my future life were most unpleasant!
I really needed time to morn my assumed lack of potential while recognising the trials
and challenges I do not have that others have to contend with daily.
Therefore I was feeling obliged to recognise and accept CFS/ME and its limitations
as increasing the things I simply cannot do or achieve in my current and future life.

What did I experience when this line formed from the Dalia Lama through Art to myself?

I guess the Dalai Lama was positioned in front and a little to my left at about 7 minutes to.
Art, was quite strong, and positioned closer to the Dalai Lama than myself
at 13/14 minutes to the hour but at a line drawn down from 10 to 20 to the hour to me.
The line from Art to myself was like a splash back, an excess of energy that came to me
or that Art was my connection with the Dalai Lama.
I felt energy in my head as is often usual and this is a confusion of energy that cannot escape.
The energy passed down my body in, for want of a better description, a square tube which became tapered and ended about 3 inches below my navel as a definite hook pointing forwards.
At this time, I tried to influence healing; an understandable but not recommended action?
As I write this I can feel great warmth around my navel which is always pleasing.
I urged the healing tube up to my throat where things stopped and often do stop,
I think the healing radiated out in spokes. Right now an area in my throat feels constricted.
I think I got the healing higher where it again radiated out in spokes.

I could give a daily account of my subsequent experience
however I think that is only interesting to me.
The reason I write this is because accounts I have read stop at the healing
and I often wonder what happened afterwards.

Day 5 I am tired, but, like the previous days I’ve simply not got around to going to bed.
Previously : I know that a half hour timed sleep will not work,
                   I know that ignoring my tiredness or trying to work through it will not work.
I therefore used my pendulum to dowse if I should either:
~  Wait for the Healing from the Dalai Lama through Art take its natural time.
~  Use the programme I bought from Art.
~  Use one of the other healing MP3 programmes I have.
~ Use my own skills.
I received a strong positive response to letting the healing mature in its own time.
I got the neutral position with the other questions but that these would be independently beneficial.
My ‘fear’ was based on my two previous experiences of being 95% free of CF for 
some part of two weeks before everything collapsed.

29 days later.
At first my body was so very physically tired,
after all, it was suddenly being expected to be vertical for 14 consecutive hours!
This tiredness reduced to a number of five minute periods throughout the day.
These reduced to once a day and during these periods I admit to feeling a despairing panic as I was afraid of everything collapsing and being consumed by the tiredness that had blighted my life.
However, from the moment of healing I was absolutely confident that the healing was complete and that I could plan my day and future as a person who naturally expects to be awake for their full day.
For the last three days I’ve not experienced this five minutes of tiredness even though
I don’t wake in the morning feeling refreshed and my muscles still are weak.

I am so very, very grateful to regain my life. 
Unfortunately, this healing didn't hold.

CFS/ME Inability to stay awake during the day

For 13 ½ years I’ve been refusing to accept the label of CFS.
I have been Chronically Fatigued and that has impinged and debilitated my life and capabilities.
During that time I have examined every medical possibility that has come to my attention and
I have worked with myself and many practitioners in a variety of disciplines. All to no avail.
So maybe I’ve travelled to a point where I’ve been able to cast the skin of CF and emerge
my true vibrant self.
I am familiar with the principals of RR, the main ones being, from my perspective, the balance of opposites which means the ability to love that which is not desirable.
But how do you truly recognise that love? As I write this I feel a joy and excitement bubbling within me therefore I guess that is how I recognise my unconditional love for myself.
Chris is full of life and enthusiasm and practicality, he is someone I related to very easily
and research has shown that the rapport between the therapist and client is the vital ingredient
for success – not the therapeutic discipline. That statement does not reduce my regard for RR!

We chose an area of life to work with and he gave a brief example of his work.
During this period, as always, I decided to work on what was my CF as I believe I have my desire
for financial abundance working for me after a huge investment of time and energy and the skills
of others along with my ability (feet dragging) to accept my desires as my truth.
My crazy thoughts went basically thus: OK I can be tired Sunday and Monday, I can sleep all day and I imagined being in my bed. At some point I realised that I wanted to cry in my bed and my conscious mind can offer some guesses why but let’s get my conscious mind out of this altogether.
In the meanwhile Chris was making me laugh, his way of working brought up all sorts of funny scenarios and I found myself wiggling with joy and yawning quite a lot. And at those words a yawn escapes so is it a trigger to CF or an automatic response to the yawn that seems to affect everyone?
My pendulum says that I can laugh and enjoy these yawns that they are the expansive yawns
of waking up and feeling good about my day. During Chris’ webinar it was my noisy yawns with the Chewbacca sounds that made me realise that I wanted to cry in the safety of my bed.
The more I laughed and wiggled the thought came that I could choose to stay in bed Sunday
and Monday – or not.

I had no intention of signing up for his very reasonably priced weekend course in London;
but I did so promptly as I thought that it would be a great and enjoyable experience.
When in bed I imagined the first day of the course and why we were attending and what
we hoped to gain from the course. This led me to think of the third major issue in my life.
I’m not being coy but the audience is far too wide for me to share.
I thought of the opposite of my issue and realised that I’ve been living it for some years
and really it’s not all that bad, sometimes a day or two of whatever the word is, but that’s temporary.
So, what really frightens me?
It’s the lack of hope, the lack of potential.
And what does that look like since I’ve never actually experienced that state of being.
I thought of an abyss and went to look in and saw this great gaping hole – something like Dante’s inferno without the tortured beings.
I realised that the sides of the abyss were filled with sparkling diamonds
and that maybe there were caverns to explore.
Looking further I found the most magnificent black dragon with fascinating spikes and scales.
I found him to be intriguing – and doing nothing!
I wondered what my relationship with him was and decided that eventually I would find this out as my experience of him developed.
But he just sat there as part of my experience of the abyss and I realised that he just is
as the diamonds just are and the abyss just is and it was all very beautiful and natural and right.

Day 1
I try to walk an hour or two each day after lunch and prior to my walk my body was so lively
that the expression ‘having ants in your pants’ was probably apt.
Before my walk I had two sessions of a few minutes when I held all 18 acupressure points
and worked on impending tiredness.
As Chris said, issues can have many layers or different aspects as they are linked into the rest of your life. So the first time I wanted to check out what was going on. I imagined that I could see and hear Chris and get back into the healing energy. The second time I just gave everything over to my Magnificent Self – this is a combination of your Spiritual Self that has an overview of your life and the part of you that deals with everyday life. During this time for some reason I let my little gremlins go to bed and the song, there were 10 in the bed and the little one said, roll over, roll over, so they all rolled over and 1 fell out … When I got to 1 in the bed I said that it could stay in bed or go
and play with its friends and then there were none in the bed so no one said roll over, roll over.
So during the morning and most of the walk I kept tuning in to Chris.
The afternoon has been quite ‘slow’ and I’ve played rather than done the work I intended.
There are rare times when I’m awake all day and I always find it amazing just how long a day is.

and EW directions but a circular rainbow has always been a construct – until this afternoon.
Your circular rainbow showers you with all the colours, hues, vibrations and all the energies you cannot be aware of and these flush through your  body and energy systems cleansing and healing.
Today, my circular rainbow was composed of hundreds and millions of tiny little rainbow smiles!
Can you imagine the JOY of hundreds and millions of tiny little rainbow smiles dancing through
your body and energy systems, caressing and soothing your body and energy systems?
I sincerely hope that you too may experience the playfulness of circular rainbows.
Prior to this my little gremlins rose into the air hanging onto balloon strings.
The balloons bust and the gremlins vanished and it was wonderful.
This might have been a variation of a hypnotherapy script I sometimes use when happy healing bubbles bust over sad issue filled bubbles?

FRI Day 3 Historically if I’ve had 2 days of being awake then I‘ve paid severely for the pleasure.
Again I had 2 periods of tiredness and during the first I got the impression of layers of leaves
at the bottom of a stagnant pond. The leaves had lost their shape and identity and purpose.
So those further down the pile were more reluctant to release as they had basically forgotten.
I tried to inject some oxygen and joy into them but they just couldn’t be bothered.
During my walk I felt tired round my eyes and nose and found tuning into Chris faded but effective.

Sat Day 4 I’ve been tired around the edges for 3 hours during which time I ‘couldn’t’ find 5 minutes for myself! During my walk whenever I thought that I‘d work on this tiredness my gremlins wandered off somewhere. When I got back I ‘did my stuff’ but I can’t claim any success.
This evening I intended to do academic work but played instead and went to bed an hour early.

Sun Day 5. If you remember Sunday and Monday were days when my gremlins could sleep all day
if they wished. While I’ve not been sleeping just as well as normally these last nights I got up feeling fine this morning. I felt my newly acquired lunch time tiredness and worked on it for a few minutes before my walk. A couple of hours later I had a full blown tiredness with great yawns and copious amounts of tears rolling down my cheeks. However I did a theta healing on a completely different subject and yawned and teared my way through this recorded session. I was a shade tired during the evening. However, during the past if I’d had to ignore this demand to go to bed and sleep for 2ish hours I would have found myself in bed having top sleep for a good number of hours and being totally groggy afterwards, unable to sleep that night and the whole taking 2 – 3 days to work its way out of my system.
Mon Day 6. My 2nd day when I gave myself permission to sleep all day – but I got up as a normal day.
JJJJ I have reclaimed my life.

In the following few weeks, my awakeness has gone from 95-8% to a solid 99%.
I just tell myself that, ‘oh, I’ll be tired at bedtime’ and it works.
I feel confident that I can stay awake all day.
I’m sleeping 10 – 10 ½ hours at night but that is not a problem.
So my message is, never give up; keep trying to find your answer.
And the very best of luck to you in your quest.
Unfortunately it did not last for me.

Circular Magic Rainbow

and EW directions but a circular rainbow has always been a construct – until this afternoon.
Your circular rainbow showers you with all the colours, hues, vibrations and all the energies you cannot be aware of and these flush through your body and energy systems cleansing and healing.
Today, my circular rainbow was composed of hundreds and millions of tiny little rainbow smiles!
