Is Morning Water a Miracle Cure?
We've all heard that drinking plenty of water throughout the day is good for you, but did you know it's important to drink water right when you wake up? It's been shown that people who drink 2 or more glasses a day before any other food or drink experience relief from heart disease, headaches, kidney disease, chronic pain, digestive problems, menstrual pain, and many other conditions.
 Drinking water in the morning can also help reduce stomach acid and keep you regular.
