15 Signs You're Doing Well In Life Even Though You Don't Think So
My painting of Zeus my son's dog.
Sarita King Student,
teacher and everything else in between.
Let’s face
it, sometimes life feels like it’s falling apart at the seams.
Perhaps you’ve lost your job, or your marriage just
ended, or you failed to pass an exam
and now you are simply feeling helpless and defeated.
Winston Churchill once said:
“Success consists of going from failure to failure
without losing enthusiasm.”
Today I want to remind you why, even though you may be
feeling a bit like a failure,
you are most definitely not.
Here are 15 signs that show you are doing well in life
even though you don’t think so!
1. You’ve lived and learned
No one said life was easy and while the bumps on the road
may hurt, the ride is definitely worth it.
Think back to your failures and
defeats. You must know they were all for a reason
and part of a grander plan. Each difficulty has led
you to where you are at today,
each trial has moulded you into the magnificent,
resilient, person that you are.
Continue to move forward in faith, hope and love, knowing that each experience
has taught you what you need to become who you were born to be.
ave
a comfy bed to sleep in
I’ll never forget an interview done on NPR a while back.
A young Haitian mother told her story.
She had little ones that constantly wondered when they
would be able to eat and go to school
like all the other kids around them. What impacted me the
most about this story was their sleeping arrangements: they all laid on the
dirt floor, and at night if it rained everyone would have to get up,
grab whatever was left of their “bed” and move to a dry spot. This story
gave me a whole new appreciation for my bed and I hope it does the same thing
for you!
3. You strive to
be better
The fact you are feeling a bit down because you haven’t
achieved what you want to achieve
shows you are trying. In the grand scheme of things, you
always strive to be better
and for as long as you continue to do that, happiness,
success and love will come
– just don’t give up. Einstein once said: “It’s not that
I am so smart, it’s that I stay with problems longer.” Hang in there and never
stop striving to be all you can be!
4. You have/had a
job
Whichever way you look at this one, it is still a win-win
situation for you.
If you have a job: kudos! Keep at it and know that you
are richly blessed.
If you recently lost your job, don’t fret! You’ve gotten
a job before, you can get one all over again. Perhaps this is the opportunity
you’ve been waiting for to do something you truly love to do.
Keep searching, keep hoping, and know that you can
accomplish the seemingly impossible
if you work hard and believe you can.
5. Knowledge is at
your fingertips
In this day and age, you can learn anything and
everything you want.
Knowledge is truly at your fingertips! Since knowledge is
power,
seize that power and let it assist you in the
pursuit of your dreams.
Take advantage of all the “learning” opportunities that
come your way.
6. You have food
to eat
Sometimes a bit more than you should! Food is such an
overlooked blessing,
yet if you miss it for a few hours you start feeling the
necessity of it.
Take the time to enjoy your next meal, whatever that is,
savor each bite and remind yourself
that happiness is found in enjoying the simple
things of life, such as eating a piece of pie.
7. You have the
power to choose
Aristotle once said: “Excellence is never an accident. It
is always the result of high intention,
sincere effort, and intelligent execution; it represents
the wise choice of many alternatives
– choice, not
chance, determines your destiny.” Need I say more? Claim your power
to choose.
8. You’ve
experienced love butterflies or something like it
Ahh! To be in love…to feel your whole body literally
react to that moment
when you simply steal a glance from the one you are
infatuated with.
Experiencing such a natural, basic and simple, yet
passionate moment will give you memories
that will last a life time. You are beyond blessed to
have experienced such a sublime moment!
9. You have clean
water
This one should not be overlooked. Do you ever watch Bear
Grills and all his desperate moves
to get just a few ounces of muddy water? There
are also people who aren’t going without water because they have a
survival show, but instead because it is their harsh reality.
Around 783 million people do not have access to clean water
around the globe.
Be thankful and fully aware that you are doing well in
life even if you don’t think so.
10. You have a
dream
Whatever your dream is, it’s yours. You have the ability
to embrace it and create it.
Don’t give up on dreaming or on your dreams. They are
what life’s best things are made up of.
11. Your happiness
is real
You have the power to choose happiness for your life in
everything you do
and in every circumstance. Your happiness is
defined by whether or not you are able to discern and seize an opportunity
to feel happy. It may be something as simple as enjoying the laughter of a
child.
12. You have
clothes to wear
And sometimes too many options, which trumps your
productivity, but that is another subject.
The bottom line is, you don’t have to go naked through
the streets or poorly dressed.
You enjoy the blessing of being properly dressed for
every occasion and have the ability
to shield your body from the elements. Really, life would
get very cold without clothes.
13. You have the
ability to forgive
Can you imagine what this world would look like without
forgiveness?
Never mind the world, just your life! Imagine how bogged
down, bitter and unhappy you would be
if you did not have the ability to forgive other’s
mistakes as well as your own.
It would make it nearly impossible to live and most
definitely a nightmare to move on with life
when difficulties arose. You have the unique gift of
forgiving and moving on.
14. You believe in
something greater than yourself
For all the times you were so caught up in your own
little world and drowning in a kiddie pool version of life’s problems, you’ve
had the ability to step back and realize that you have something greater to
live for than yourself.
Whether it is God, your family or friends, you can believe
that your purpose is to achieve
something that will be for the greater good or to simply
bring honor to your God.
15. You have the
opportunity to build global friendships
In today’s day and age, your best friend can literally be
five thousand miles away
yet you can still experience the beauty of that
friendship. You have the unique capacity to be acquaintances with one
person in almost every country of the world,
something no other generation before the 1900’s was
easily able to do.
As far as I am concerned, your global ability to make
friends is definitely a sign
you are doing well in life, even if you don’t think so.

What Is Happiness? - An Extremely Advanced Definition Of Happiness
Yellow flag, an unusual aerial view.
At a deep level, happiness is an elusive state that few
actually achieve.
What we typically mistake for happiness is actually just
excitement as a result of external stimuli. There's certainly no shortage of
stimuli in our world today.
We have literally become addicted to the elevated mood we
get from daring feats,
exceptional food, an absorbing movie, or cruising the
internet.
When that thrill is over, we are already hungering for
the next.
Our ego encourages us to stay on this unending roller
coaster ride of highs and lows,
telling us that's just the nature of life.
In truth, we've become creators of the drama in our life
on which we're now hooked.
Devoid of stimulation, our body goes into withdrawal much
like that of an addict.
Our minds have grown lazy with all the easy thrills, and
we've distorted the arc of our life
with all these cheap diversions. Unfortunately, true
happiness is an inside job.
To find it, we must first unplug and seek it.
Meditation and deep contemplation will shrink the ego's influence
so that we can find inner peace.
You can TCR specialist and

Sorry, but EQ Is Way More Important Than IQ These Days
Knapweed
Sorry, but EQ Is Way More Important Than IQ These Days
Royale Scuderi
Many experts now believe that
a person’s emotional intelligence quotient (EQ)
may be more important than their IQ and is
certainly a better predictor of success,
quality of relationships, and
overall happiness.
It’s interesting to note how
the concept of emotional intelligence has evolved over the years,
from its inception as
something called “social intelligence” all the way back in the 1930’s,
to “emotional strength” in
the mid-20th century,
to its current terminology,
“emotional intelligence.”
Emotional intelligence (EI)
is, in layman’s terms, our level of ability to:
Recognize and understand our
emotions and reactions (self-awareness)
Manage, control, and adapt
our emotions, mood, reactions, and responses (self-management)
Harness our emotions to
motivate ourselves to take appropriate action, commit, follow-through,
and work toward the achievement of our
goals (motivation)
Discern the feelings of
others, understand their emotions, and utilize that understanding
to relate to others more
effectively (empathy)
Build relationships, relate
to others in social situations, lead, negotiate conflict,
and work as part of a team (social
skills)
Emotional
intelligence is essential to building a balanced-life.
If you think emotional
intelligence is only important for those who
always have to interact or
communicate with people, think it again.
Emotional intelligence is a gateway to a balanced-life. It’s
essential to basically every aspect of life.
Physical Health – The ability to take care of our bodies and
especially to manage our stress,
which has an incredible
impact on our overall wellness, is heavily tied to our emotional intelligence. Only by being aware of our emotional state and our reactions to stress in our
lives
can we hope to manage
stress and maintain good health.
Mental Well-Being – Emotional intelligence affects our
attitude and outlook on life.
It can also help to alleviate
anxiety and avoid depression and mood swings. A high level of emotional
intelligence directly correlates to a positive attitude and happier
outlook on life.
Relationships – By better understanding and managing our
emotions,
we are better able to
communicate our feelings in a more constructive way. We are also better able to
understand and relate to those with whom we are in relationships. Understanding
the needs, feelings, and responses of those we care about leads to stronger and
more fulfilling relationships.
Conflict Resolution – When we can discern people’s emotions
and empathize
with their perspective, it’s
much easier to resolve conflicts or possibly avoid them before they start. We
are also better at negotiation due to the very nature of our ability to
understand the needs
and desires of others. It’s
easier to give people what they want if we can perceive what it is.
Success – Higher emotional intelligence helps us to be
stronger internal motivators,
which can reduce
procrastination, increase self-confidence, and improve our ability to focus
on a goal. It also allows us
to create better networks of support, overcome setbacks,
and persevere with a more
resilient outlook.
Our ability to delay gratification and see the
long-term directly affects our ability to succeed.
Leadership – The ability to understand what motivates others,
relate in a positive manner,
and to build stronger bonds
with others in the workplace inevitably makes those
with higher emotional
intelligence better leaders. An effective leader can recognize
what the needs of his people
are, so that those needs can be met in a way that encourages
higher performance and workplace
satisfaction. An emotionally savvy and intelligent leader
is also able to build stronger
teams by strategically utilizing the emotional diversity
of their team members to
benefit the team as a whole.
Emotional intelligence is
still not completely understood, but what we do know is that emotions play a
very critical role in the overall quality of our personal and professional
lives,
more critical even than our
actual measure of brain intelligence. While tools and technology
can help us to learn and
master information, nothing can replace our ability to learn, manage,
and master our emotions and
the emotions of those around us.
Emotional
intelligence is not something inborn; there are ways to take control
of your emotions.
It’s never too late to learn
anything, so no matter how old you are,
you can still take up EI and
make the rest of your life better and happier.
1. Observe your feelings.
We easily lose touch with our
emotions when we’re too busy worrying about what to do next
and what can be done better.
Instead of really taking good care of our emotions,
we choose to ignore them most
of the time.
What we don’t realize is that
suppressing our emotions only makes things worse.
The more we try to put our
emotions behind, the more uncontrollable our emotions become.
When we have an emotional
reaction to something,
it can be due to the fact
that we’re having some unsolved issues. So next time when you feel like having
some negative emotions, calm down and think about why you’re experiencing this.
Take a deep breath and write
down the emotions you’re experiencing and the possible reasons.
When you have things written
down,
you can identify your
emotions triggers and think of ways to deal with each of them.
2. Practice responding, not reacting.
Reacting is an unconscious
process where we behave in an unconscious way
that expresses or relieves an
emotion. Responding is a conscious process that involves
paying attention to your
feelings and deciding how to behave.
When you’re more aware of
your emotional triggers,
you can always think about
the way to behave in advance.
For example, if you know that
you get angry easily and throw temper to colleagues
when you’re feeling very
stressful at work, take note of that and think about what you can do next time
when you’re experiencing the same trigger. Maybe you can try to tell your
colleagues
that you need some silent
moments because you’re feeling stressful at the moment,
or maybe you can get a few
minutes of alone time just to calm down yourself first.
3. Stay humble all the times.
When you always believe that
you’re better than others, you’ll not see your own faults,
and you’ll likely to get
emotional about things that don’t meet your expectation.
Try to look at the same thing
from a different perspective. Instead of judging someone
or something, put yourself in
someone else’s shoes and try to think or feel like them:
would you do or feel the same
too and why? In this way, you’re likely to understand
other people’s thoughts and
emotions more; and you’ll probably learn something new
about how to deal with stuff
in similar situations too.
Be humble enough to know
you’re not better than anyone,
and wise enough to know that
you’re different from the rest!
Emotional intelligence can be
learned, it’s a lifetime process.
It’s never too late to learn anything;
it just takes continuous observation and practice.
So no matter how old you are,
y
ou can still take up EI and
make the rest of your life better and happier.

HOW TO OPEN YOUR THIRD EYE - Pineal Gland - DNA Activation

The sixth chakra is known as
the 3rd eye. According to the yogis, the pituitary gland of the sixth chakra

The Third Eye is an etheric,

brains for gaining wisdom and illumination.
Inner planes, thought forms,
